Local Enhancement Programme 2024 (Women's Groups only) : Funding Application
Description
Kildare LCDC are inviting applications from Women's Groups in Kildare for the Local Enhancement Programme 2024 (LEP) towards small capital works/improvements, and the purchase of equipment
The Local Enhancement Programme provides funding to community and voluntary groups and organisations in disadvantaged areas/target disadvantaged groups.
The LEP is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and administered by the Local Community Development Committees (LCDCs) in each local authority area.
Kildare LCDC has been allocated €34,749 specifically for Women's Groups for use towards community projects and groups that support the ethos of women’s sheds and other such groups or projects aimed at providing social networks for women. Applications can be accepted from Women's Groups who may to be affiliated with another parent association e.g. ICA, LGFA, Irish Girl Guides etc
Only one application per Women's Group per application process will be assessed. In the case of more than one application, the first application received will be the one assessed.

Making an application
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
All applications must be
- made on this official application form
- accompanied by all relevant supporting documents
- submitted by 5.00pm on Thursday , 29 February 2024
